What are the storage and handling rules?
During the event, your promoter is responsible for receiving your material and ensuring that deliveries run smoothly. A specialized company is often hired to manage delivery schedules and guarantee orderly traffic flow during setup times.
Early deliveries and late pickups can be arranged, but storage fees apply: $95.00 per day per pallet or $10.00 per cubic foot per day for smaller items.
Important : Any item left without prior notice will be billed to the promoter, who in turn will bill you if necessary.
In terms of handling, the use of the front doors is prohibited when loading or unloading, unless the item is brought in by hand and does not exceed 2 cubic feet. All equipment deliveries and pickups must go through the rear access points intended for this purpose.
Facilities available: To make your operations easier, we provide delivery bays, loading ramps and dollies to transport your equipment. Please feel free to ask our team for any additional assistance.
Can I bring my own food and drinks into my booth?
Outside food and drinks are prohibited during the opening hours of our snack bar or dining room. The customer service manager is entitled to inspect your booth and ask you to remove any non-compliant items.
Exceptions tolerated:
- A case of water in cans or glass bottles for booth staff.
- A homemade lunch for those with food allergies or intolerances.
- A bowl of sweets or treats for your customers.
- A small coffee if you arrive early in the morning.
If you’d like to offer your visitors drinks or snacks (e.g. popcorn, coffee, beverages), you must submit a request in advance to your promoter, who will put you in touch with the Centrexpo coordinator. Compensatory fees may apply.
On-site refreshments: Centrexpo offers a snack bar service with a variety of meals, including sandwiches, soups, salads and poke bowls, to meet your dietary needs.
