Drinks service
The drinks service, including wine selection and bar service, is managed directly by the Centrexpo coordination team. Before choosing a particular wine, check availability with your designated coordinator.
Handling services with DEE Global
DEE Global is the exclusive partner for all handling services.
To book a handling service, contact Michel Bibeau by email: mbibeau@deeglobal.ca
If you’d like to handle your own equipment, dollies will be available in the unloading area on a first-come, first-served basis.
Note: Each exhibitor is responsible for returning the dolly after use.
What are the Centrexpo's business hours for my event?
The Centrexpo’s business hours depend on your needs and the type of event you’re planning. To set specific times, we recommend that you consult your designated coordinator, who will guide you through the entire process, including pre-event prep and post-event teardown.
Here are a few points to consider to better align business hours with your needs:
- Planned time for technical set-up and/or decoration, if applicable.
- Your team’s arrival time (planning).
- Your guests’ expected arrival time.
- Planned break times (snacks, meals, etc.).
- End and teardown time.
- Any other time you’d like the Centrexpo Promutuel Assurance team to be present.
Standard business hours for rentals are 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Outside these hours, additional fees may apply when opening before 7 a.m. or closing after 10 p.m. For Christmas functions, the closing time is midnight, with an additional 30 minutes to allow all participants to leave safely.
Can I put up my own signs or decorations?
You’re welcome to install decorative items and signage in your space, but any installation must comply with safety standards and Centrexpo rules. You must obtain prior approval from your coordinator to avoid obstructing escape routes or safety installations.
How does the Centrexpo support planners in implementing environmentally responsible practices?
The Centrexpo Promutuel Assurance offers various tools to facilitate waste management, including clearly identified recycling and composting stations. We actively encourage greenhouse gas (GHG) emission reductions by encouraging participants to use sustainable modes of transportation.
We also favour short food supply chains, buying local and eco-friendly products, and using compostable materials in our facilities. Our team is available to support you in your efforts to make your event more sustainable.
The Centrexpo is also proud to have obtained ICI on recycle ÉLITE certification, Quebec’s highest distinction in waste management.
